We are so lucky. We have connected with local producers to create our Mother's Day Basket. Choose either 500ml of Homemade maple syrup from Horton Homestead, or some locally roasted coffee from ShaBean. Also included a locally grown plant from Wendy's Country Market, 3 brittles and 3 bars...and of course a little chocolate piece that tells mom she's the best.
